Welcome to CEEF, this site is aimed at The Public Sector in Scotland. The purpose of this web enabled site is to guide you through the preparation of a bid to the Central Energy Efficiency Fund. The preparation of a bid requires you to enter specific information about the energy saving project onto the main data sheet. Once this information has been completed you can run the project analysis. This analysis checks the reliability and the consistency of the information, assesses the economic and environmental performance of the energy saving project and ensures that it conforms to the Terms and Conditions of the Central Energy Efficiency Fund.
